You can pick up your Pickup Now or Ship to Store item when the order status updates Ready for Pickup in your Order History. Please be sure to check your email and app notifications to receive updates on your order. You can check your notifications in your Account Settings.
A Pickup Now order will be available for pickup immediately after it has been placed.
A Ship to Store order will first need to be shipped to the store. We’ll notify you once your item has been received and processed by the store. In the meantime, you can check the status of your order on the Order Details page in your Order History.
Please note if you don’t pick up your order, you may be charged a non-refundable restocking fee.
