our repair process
Create a ticket at DigiBandit.com/ticket,
We’ll test, inspect and diagnose your device,
We’ll send you an estimate for repair.
If you approve the estimate:
We’ll collect a deposit (if needed)
Order your parts in (if needed)
Repair your device!
If you decline the estimate:
You’ll only be charged a diagnostics fee, just to cover our time!
Your device will be available for pickup!
Sometimes, we do purchase damaged devices for parts, just ask!
Once the device is repaired, we’ll set up a time and date for you to collect your device
Once you’re ready to collect your device, we’ll get the invoice paid off, and you’ll be on your way!
Fees & Paperwork
Deposits are collected to cover the cost of parts we don’t normally have in stock. This is just in case we don’t ever see you again (it happens).
The Standard Repair Agreement covers a general agreement about what we are doing and protects both of our interests, this is called our “Intake Form” and is signed when you create a ticket.
If any changes happen that would increase the final price to you, and is over the variance amount (stated on the estimate, if needed), we will ask for approval before continuing!
We only charge you for the repair if the repair is successful.
While we do offer many different discounts, any and all discounts, credits etc can only be used on service fees, unless otherwise stated.
If you want to save some more money on your repair, bring us your old/broken/etc devices for in-store credit!
